FAT/LIPID PROFILE

Total, Saturated, Unsaturated and Trans fat, and a Lipid profile via GC-FID (FAME). Mandatory for nutritional labeling on all samples containing more than 0.5 g/serving total fats.

Fat must be tested via acid hydrolysis before a fatty acid profile can be completed. If only N12 is requested, N11 will be automatically added.
