Gary knows so many people in the industry and is very enthusiastic about sharing ideas with fellows in the business. Some people complain that they don't like walking across a tradeshow hall with him as they really would like to make it to the other side before the show ends.

Philip is a BDAS Lab Manager and Lead Chemist, who also provides GC Services. He helps distillers avoid pitfalls on their path to liquid enlightenment.
Phil has whitewater kayaked since he was only 13 and he’s recently getting into rock climbing, so he’s very outdoorsy, which is something that pops up in this industry a lot.

Jessi graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in May of 2017 with a degree in Forensic Science. She took a fermentation science class her senior year as a fun chemistry class (because who doesn’t like beer and science!) and she loved it. When one of her professors mentioned that Gary was hiring, she didn’t hesitate.

Odd Fact: She has watched the entire Futurama series from start to finish over 10 times.

Tony is our sensory and computer software specialist. He developed the software we use for efficient sensory evaluation. Furthermore, he leads our teaching outreach program; setting up programs for classes on distilled spirits and beer which are taught both on-site and off-site at client locations.
